    Ryan is an exceptional craftsman. He built and installed a pergola on our patio and we receive compliments on it constantly. He also designed and installed board and batten inside of our home and the work he did exceeded our expectations. I would wholeheartedly recommend Ryan for any custom work you need.     Ryan's personal attention to details is excellent, beginning with assistance in crafting plans for the project and through all the work he does. He redid a bathroom project for us, and then we had him redo the kitchen. Each involved structural issues in addition to installation of cabinets, fixtures and appliances.     I can’t say enough great things about our experience with Ryan and his crew. We have had multiple home improvement projects with them including bathroom renovation and deck replacement. He is professional and extremely knowledgeable. He has never once said “No, we can’t do that” which I really value. He has even come over for emergency services such as a leaking toilet and a dishwasher installation. Highly recommend! See more See less

    Thirco recently converted my unfinished basement 2 car garage into the most amazing finished space including a huge game-room, bathroom and bedroom. They also remodeled an existing bathroom, installed new flooring throughout the house, added a few closets and replaced all interior doors. Ryan and his team were amazing. They showed up promptly each day once work started and left the work area cleaned up each day. They were very organized and efficient when planning and completing the work. They were incredibly thoughtful with all of the details and finished, really taking the same level of care as if it were their own home. I was so pleased with the quality of the work too.     Ryan’s work is meticulous. He is very neat, cleans up as he goes along. Never leaves a mess. His design aesthetic is very good. I am not good at visualizing things but he is good at explaining things. I would never hesitate to hire him to do any work that I need done. See more See less

    Ryan is a man of his word. He keeps appointments and completes the work impeccably (even if you pick a “challenging”wall tile). Ryan and his crew are professional and personable.     I have nothing but good to say for Thirco! They responded to my email the same day and scheduled an appointment within3 days. Since I had a small job they managed to work me into their schedule within 2 weeks; showed up when promised, and finished within 3 days total.     Ryan totally remodeled a bathroom from the 1940's that was in dire need of improvements. The results are stunning from the new fixtures to the painting of the walls and doors.     I cannot say enough good things about Thirco LLC! My wife and I used Thirco to finish our basement and, as you can see from the photos, they did a superb job.     Ryan took my 3 and a half car garage and made it into a one bedroom one bath cottage I absolutely love everything he did. Ryan was the best ever to work with being on my own making decisions was scary but I didn’t have to worry because he helped me every step of the way when I was unsure of different things I’ve been in my cottage almost 3 years and I know I can call him still with any question big or small and I do. Since he did my cottage he has added to his staff two super young men who have been here also as I would add to my project I would never call anyone else but Thirco to do any of my work I posted a few pictures of the living space See more See less
